Singapore is quite open on allowing foreign drivers on its road. If your driving license is printed in English, there are no additional documents you need to provide. For a driving license that is not printed in English, a translation by either the relevant embassy or any Singapore registered translation companies is required.
*Exception applies if you are holding a driving license issued by either Brunei, Indonesia and/or Malaysia.
Short term visitors are entitled to drive in Singapore up to 12 months from the date of last entry into Singapore. However, if you are planning to stay in Singapore longer, you are required to convert your driving license.
